I certainly advocate efforts to measure indicators of trust and I do agree that you can dissect trust to better understand what influences it.  My point was that it is not prescriptive and the best way to harness trust is to better understand the psychology that drives our behaviour and interactions that ultimately shape our trust.  So I think we mostly agree :-)  I too would love to hear more from others on this topic.</description>

I wish more folks would talk about trust.  If its so important, why do most just leave it to &quot;you need to earn it&quot;.
